This hour long one on one is designed to assess your current movement patterns so that you can take yourself from where you are now to where you want to be! The session will include a guided warm up, movement assessment, workout, and a write up of my recommendations. We will have time to talk about your specific questions and devise the best laid plan to get you moving towards your goals.

SoCal Athletics

All personal coaching sessions will be held in the gym at the south east corner of SoCal Volleyball Club building. Parking is allowed in the front or back of the building as well as on the street. Wear athletic clothing, bring a towel and/or water if desired. There are drinking fountains, water bottle filling stations, and beverages available for purchase in the snack bar. Arrive 10 min early to check in! See you in the gym!

What is Personal Coaching?

Personal coaching is a one hour, one on one session with Coach Becky that will help you navigate to the next level in your training. It is not just a way to get a workout in, it's a way to get answers and education so that you can get to where you want to be faster! I'll provide with feedback about technique, accessory work you can do on your own, and give you clarity about how to progress forward from exactly where you are. I'll be there to answer all of your questions about workouts, specific form and movement, nutrition, recovery, supplements, you name it, I'll help you discover what is right for YOU.
